Review of PA and annexes: To ensure that all clauses have been correctly completed, that the correct annexes have been used and that all conditions have been well written, without ambiguity. Prevention is always better than cure!


Review of the DV: To ensure that all questions have been answered and that clause D15 (the details) has been duly completed. It is much better to add a modification to the DV quickly than to be in a situation of misunderstanding which could harm a transaction and ultimately harm your client.
