About
I started my career as a real estate broker at the age of 25, driven by a simple conviction: to support people with rigour, honesty, and determination in one of the most important decisions of their lives. 35 years later, this conviction remains at the heart of everything I do.
I am often described as someone who is perseverant. For me, this means getting to the bottom of things, asking the right questions, and never giving up until a clear and fair answer is found. Every transaction deserves this attention, and every client deserves this commitment.
Transparency guides each of my actions. I take the time to research, analyze, and take a step back to provide complete and nuanced answers. My goal is for you to fully understand each step of the process, with solid information that is well explained and supported by reliable sources.
My analytical skills and attention to detail are particularly valuable when it comes to drafting contractual clauses. Behind every word, there is an intention, a protection, and a commitment to uphold. I ensure that everything is clear, precise, and aligned with your expectations to avoid any ambiguity.
But beyond the numbers, contracts, and analyses, there is the human element. Listening, understanding needs, and sensing concerns are essential. Empathy is an integral part of my approach because every real estate project is, above all, a personal story.
Over the years, I have also developed solid practical expertise. I have self-constructed four homes and assisted more than a dozen builders with various housing projects in Quebec, British Columbia, and Alberta. Training in home inspection complements this experience, allowing me to fully understand inspection reports and provide concrete answers to buyers' and sellers' questions.
Outside of work, I find balance in alpine skiing in the winter and cycling in the summer—two passions that reflect me, embodying effort, freedom, and pleasure.
What motivates me even today, after all those years, is simple: to serve and make a real difference. Because a property is not just a place. It is a living space, a sanctuary of safety and calm. It’s where we gather, where we grow, and where we dream. It’s a box of memories, often among the most cherished of our lives.
